[NEWS/TRANS] Judges’ praise for Jonghyun for Immortal Song 2
- Kim Taewon (guitar) : Ah, first of all, he’s so handsome, good gestures, and has it all like a rock group vocal…congratulations! Lonely Night is so difficult people usually lower the key, but I had a feeling you used the original key almost. You are Sshiniee (JH: Yes) Sshinee… Personally, SHINee and Super Junior are teams I like. Our homepage…recently very stable. It’s very stable. Very good.
- Seo Jaehyuk (base): If this were a concert hall, Jonghyun-ssi’s stage would have been more moving in the last part. Because this is a TV station… It was a little bit impractical, but it would have been much better (in a concert hall). The last part’s soft feelings reminded me of previous performances like Yoseop’s and Hyorin’s. Today’s performance was like a festival…it was very good.
Jonghyun: If you had such a feeling, that’s what I intended.
- Jung Dongha (vocal): Ah, it was awesome, expecially your attempt to perform with the audience and approach them on stage was unexpected and very good. You did a good job.
- Chae Jemin (drum): It took our vocal Jung Dongha 6 years to perform with the audience (laugh), it was very good. I’m very happy to see such a performance. I thought we should work harder. To make our country’s rock better… I think the audience judges will be really hard to decide.

[NEWS]Super Junior’s Yesung & SHINee’s Jonghyun to leave “Immortal Song 2″
Recently, we announced that IU was permanently withdrawing from KBS2TV’s”Immortal Song 2“. On June 6th, it was announced that Super Junior’s Yesung and SHINee’s Jonghyun would also be leaving the show because of preparations for SMTOWN’s Paris concert.
Producer Kwon Chae Young explained,
“IU, Yesung, and Jonghyun will be leaving ‘Immortal Song 2′ due to their personal schedules. IU’s involvement ended with last week’s broadcast, while Yesung and Jonghyun’s participation will be ending with the June 18th broadcast, the third episode.“We reported that IU was being replaced by SECRET’s Song Ji Eun, and that 2PM’s Junsu and F.T. Island’s Lee Hongki were preparing to join the show. It’s been revealed that Junsu and Hongki will be joining the cast in Yesung and Jonghyun’s place.
Producer Kwon continued,
“I’m sad that we won’t be able to show the original members’ development due to the member changes, however, I’m trying to think optimistically about the fact that more idol stars will be given the opportunity in upcoming episodes and that we have a fluid cast in place. This is inevitable because of their busy schedules and overseas commitments.“He also revealed,
“Yoseob has an upcoming schedule with B2ST in Japan and his participation is currently under review, but we have already lined up MBLAQ’s G.O to come in should he fail to make it for recording. Also on our list are f(x)’s Luna and miss A’s Min. We are not discounting rookie group members as long as they fit the requirements that our producers are looking for and have outstanding skills. But as always, it will remain a 6-member cast at all times.”Meanwhile, the second broadcast of “Immortal Song 2″ will air on June 11th.

[NEWS] Immortal Masterpiece 2 Press Conference
Jonghyun said he had a dream of filming IM2 four times
To the question, “What other singers she recommends for the program?”, IU said, “I recommended SHINee Jonghyun in an interview (with the production team), but didn’t know he’d join us. I didn’t know he’s coming today… I like his voice very much.” She countedJonghyun as her strongest rival.
Jonghyun responded, “I wished she’d not participate in the program… because she is too good. She is a vocalist I admire. One person less, I thought I might have a chance to win.”
Jonghyun said, “Member Key threatened me not to come back to our dorm if I don’t win.”
In the group shot, see Jonghyun is the tallest among the idol contestants!
Kim Gura said, “If ‘I Am a Singer’ is an epic drama, our program is a youth drama. Shin Dongyeop and I I will be teachers.”
One problem with this program is the ranking method: originally, the legend guest singer was to select the winner, but now it will be by 200 audience judges (most of them will be fans). How fair it can be, that’s the question.
