Actress Shin Se Kyung and SHINee’s Jonghyun have gone their separate ways.

According to Shin Se Kyung’s agency on June 20th, Shin Se Kyung and Jonghyun are no longer dating, but are instead continuing their relationship as friends. The star couple raised the hopes of many as the new generation’s star couple, and the news of their separation has saddened many fans, though there are surely those that are now rejoicing over their favorite star’s single status.

The representative stated, “Though the two had good feelings for each other, after the news of their relationship was made known, the two were so busy with their schedules that it became difficult for them to meet and spent time together. Recently, they naturally decided to stay friends.”

Another representative revealed, “I think it was hard for them to make time for each other, as each had very different schedules to complete. They said they decided to stay good friends.”

It seems that it hasn’t been long since the two broke up, as up until June 14th, when actor Kim Hye Sung enlisted in the military, there wasn’t any word about their breakup.

Since last October, when their dating pictures were first released, Jonghyun has been going in and out of the country for a variety of concerts and Shin Se Kyung has been busy filming for her upcoming movie.

[INFO]Shin Se Kyung did not attend SHINee’s concert

Actress Shin Se Kyung did not attend her boyfriend’s two-day concert, held on January 1st and 2nd.

Much attention has been put on her attendance, since it was revealed late last year that she was seeingSHINee’s Jonghyun. SM Entertainment eventually responded, “We’ve been informed that Shin Se Kyung will not be attending SHINee’s concert today (Jan.2).  She is filming for her movie, ‘Blue Salt‘, with Song Kang Ho.”

Meanwhile, SHINhee managed to gather over 20,000 fans for their first concert since their debut two years and seven months ago. Jonghyun, who has a leg injury, had Chinese trainee Issing take his place during a portion of his performances.  Jonghyun greeted, “I’m glad to be able to spend the New Year with my fans.  It’s a great start this year.”

[VID+INFO] Why Did Taiwan Media Not Manage To Probe Anything From SHINee

Taiwan being one of the countries who manages to probes something out of all their stars, I have personally been wondering why I have not heard anything about JongKyung relationship.

This video explains alot. Reporting on the Press Conference SHINee held in Taiwan recently, all media were told that there were 3 big NO to the Press Conference.

1. No questioning on Jonghyun's relationship matters
2. No asking of questions from the media
3. No asking of questions about the fan meet

Which was kind of ironic actually since all they had to do was just state that there will be no questioning. And questions from the host were probably censored and pretty boring as stated in the video causing the atmosphere of the Press Conference to become awkward. Even questions when questions from the fan meet were asked, the members only gave out vague answers, which does not really answer the question.

However at the end of the Press Conference, Key mentioned that their track Hello was actually a confession. In response Jonghyun had a small smile on his face as though confirming Key's statement and the media were speculating if it was actually used as a confession to Shin Se Kyung.

They also mentioned that since the Jongkyung relationship is a topic interested by practically everyone in Asia, obviously they would not have a formal question and answer session in Taiwan.

After having previously revealed their relationship to the public, the Shin Se Kyung and Jonghyun couple’s behind-the-scenes dating secrets will be revealed on SBS E!TV’s “Tak Jae Hoon Style – Weird Search Terms” on November 3rd.

The reporter that reported on the couple’s dating rumors will be revealing their date scene himself.

Their relationship was first made official on October 27th, shocking the public for being the first idol couple to confidently admit to and confirm rumors.

The reporter stated, “Being a young couple, they didn’t even wear hats as they confidently enjoyed their date in public. They did not acknowledged the reporters around them and continued on with their harmonious date.”

Recently on Music Bank, SHINee had finished off their Goodbye Stage for their repackaged album, “Hello.” Right after the recording was finished, main vocalist Jonghyun, bowed and had an immediate change of expression.

Don’t understand why bowing is significant?

I’m going to relate this to another idol from the past. Though their current situations are not alike, I am associating the reason they bow so low. Please remember I am not comparing events, I am only explaining the logical reason behind bowing.

Remember when Jay Park did his last performance with 2PM? And after the last performance, Jay was seen doing a 90 degree bow to show how sorry he was. The lower you bow in general, is the more respect you give and wish to show.

You see Jonghyun bowing not once, but twice. He seems to be fully aware of what’s going on and must really feel horrible right now, though I’m not the one who can express his thoughts because I’m not Jonghyun.

He looks tired, stressed, lacking sleep and worn out. This makes me very worried and made my heart drop straight to the floor. I could be wrong, but even I’m not sure anymore.

We need to accept him no matter what conditions and events have happened. After all, he’s still our SHINee “Bling Bling” Kim Jonghyun.

[NEWS]SM Entertainment blocks all outside contact with SHINee and SNSD

Due to the explosive reactions to news that SHINee’s Jonghyun was dating actress Shin Se Kyung, SM Entertainment has begun blocking all outside contact with SHINee.

SHINee will be making an appearance on KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” on October 29th, the first public appearance for Jonghyun after his relationship was disclosed to the public. SM Entertainment acknowledged the amount of attention being put on the group and prepared cautious measures to shield the members by having vans wait outside the studio exit in order to quickly move the group as soon as their rehearsal was completed.

Unlike other waiting rooms, busy and full with artists and staff members alike, the waiting rooms for SHINee and SNSD remained empty. Despite this being SNSD’s comeback stage, SM Entertainment has barred reporters and fans from reaching both groups.

A representative of SM Entertainment stated, “Jonghyun’s relationship has been completely exposed. We are being careful so that the story does not attract more attention.”

A new 21 years old couple is born. Actress Shin Se Kyung (21) and Jonghyun, member of boyband ‘SHINee’ are in love. They were carefully growing love since one month before.
Sports Seoul.com found out the fact that they are dating. They used their spare time as best as possible even during busy schedules. They met often at dawn, near apartment where Shin Se Kyung lives in Sam-Sung Dong, and enjoyed street date as a couple that just started to date.

It was same for the 20th, when we saw their date. This day, Shin Se Kyung came home after midnight after movie ‘Acoustic’ opening. Jonghyun came front of Shin Se Kyung’s house, and had conversations in the park together that they couldn’t by phone.

We could also see the young couple’s normalness. They shared the same melody, sharing each side of the earphones. Jonghyun’s thoughtful mind was also very noticeable. When people passed by while they were walking, he would bend over to protect her. A person close to both of them told that “since they are both very busy, they don’t have a lot of time. They usually talk by phone and text each other, and only thing they can do is walking near the house at night”.

We believe that favorable impression to each other was a big part of them dating. Jonghyun would always say that Shin Se Kyung is his ideal type, when Shin Se Kyung also chose ‘SHINee” for the group that she wants to meet the most.

Actual date was only for a month. First time they met was last May’s concert when Se-kyun Shin was the MC, and Jonghyun was one of the singers who performed. After that, they happen to meet in a meeting of their friend, and recently started to go out.

Another person told that “between busy schedules, it was a break for them when they met. They came close really fast because their ideas and hobbies were very similar. He also said that “since they became stars in a young age, they have lots of problems and it seems like that fact is supporting each other.”

On the other hand, their entertainment company both admitted that they are a couple. Shin Se Kyung’s company said that it has only been a month that they started to go out. It seems that they are starting to know about each other with good feelings.”

SM Entertainment also carefully admitted that they heard that they started to meet through their friends, and it is when they just start.

Shin Se Kyung is working hard on the movie ‘Acoustic’ that opens end of October, and is filming ‘Blue Salt’ with actor Gang-Ho Song. ‘SHINee’ Jonghyun is on performances of their song ‘Hello’, and is devoted to their first ‘SHINee’ solo concert practice that will take place at both Japan and Korea this coming December.

[NEWS]Jonghyun fansites shutting down amid outraged SHINee fans

With the news breaking that SHINee’s Jonghyun is dating actress Shin Se Kyung, it wasn’t all that shocking that Shin Se Kyung had to shutdown her Cyworld minihompy due to outraged Jonghyun fangirls. However, another consequence of the relationship is starting to show, as Jonghyun fansites are starting to shutdown one by one.

A new couple has emerged onto the industry with actress Shin Se Kyung (21) and SHINee’s memberJonghyun (21), revealing that they are currently dating.

After finding that they both had an interest in one another, they began their relationship about a month ago and has confirmed it through Sports Seoul. The two were revealed to have gotten together as often as they could despite their busy schedules, having street dates mainly around Shin’s apartment.

A scene of the two dating was discovered on October 20th after Shin Se Kyung came home from the conference for her movie, “Acoustic.” Jonghyun was waiting for her by her home as the two went on to walk the streets while listening to music. Jonghyun would even at times cover her from passerbys.

One associate that saw the two commented, “They can’t spend a lot of time together since they’re both busy. They communicate through texting or phone calls and usually just take walks in the early morning around their homes.”

Jonghyun has often named Shin Se Kyung as his ideal woman, while Shin Se Kyung chose SHINee as her favorite idol group on broadcast appearances. They have been officially dating for a month, their first meeting being in May at a concert they both participated in. The two advanced on to friends, and now, significant others.

Another associate stated, “Meeting each other became a kind of opportunity to rest for them. They share a lot of the same hobbies and thoughts, which is why they were able to get so close so fast. The two became stars at a young age and have hardships that aren’t able to be expressed in words. Those points became a sort of strength to one another.”

The management agencies of the couple confirmed the relationship with Sports Seoul on October 26th.

Shin Se Kyung’s agency, Namoo Actors, stated, “It’s been a month since they began meeting one another. They have good feelings for one another and are currently getting to know each other.”

Jonghyun’s agency, SM Entertainment, also carefully stated, “We heard that they met each other through other people. Their relationship is just now beginning.”
