[INFO]Super Junior and TVXQ hyungs made Onew cry
Yunho also revealed that both TVXQ and Super Junior once made Onew cry. “Onew is very kind but it is quite rare to see him show his true self, so we installed a hidden camera with Super Junior once. The group of us pretended to fight and Onew stood by our side crying as he tried to calm us down.”
f(x)’s Sulli confessed that hidden cameras were a tradition, “We’ve also been pranked by SHINee before.”

[NEWS]Onew shows off his special skill against Yoo Jae Suk
SHINee’s Onew previously headlined for possessing a powerful special skill, and he showed off its force once more while guesting on the February 10th episode of “Happy Together 3“.
MC Yoo Jae Suk expressed his curiosity about Onew’s ‘ddak-bam‘ skills, and wanted to experience it for himself. (‘Ddak-bam‘ means to give a clout on someone’s forehead by either flicking one’s middle finger against their thumb, or by pulling back the middle finger and snapping it)
f(x)’s Luna attempted to stop Yoo Jae Suk from asking, as she explained, “He’s really strong, it really hurts when you get hit by it!”
Onew decided to give a demonstration first by breaking a walnut and a gourd, much to Jae Suk’s horror. He immediately turned to directors and exclaimed, “Why didn’t you tell me the reality of his power!”
Unfortunately, Yoo Jae Suk had to go through with the ‘ddak-bam‘, which resulted in an ugly red mark on his forehead. The MC felt a little sulky about being the only one who had to endure the pain, so he convinced fellow gagman Park Myung Soo to try it for himself.
The gagman crumbled on the spot. Park Myung Soo described the pain as being similar to getting hit by a car
, “I feel like I just got into a huge car accident!”

[News] SHINee Onew to be One-Day MC in KBS 2TV HAPPY TOGETHER 3
All the attention was on the program with DBSK appearing as guests after a long break, and the filming site was warmed up as Onew, who is known for his entertaining sense, joined them.
Jeong Heeseop PD said over the phone, “We finished the filming well. Especially Onew did a good job.”
He continued, “Onew sat next to Shin Bongseon, one of the MCs, because there were so many guests. He did very well maybe because he’s experienced as an MC for Yahaengseong.
“Onew made adlibs or witty remarks to surprise other guests and staff. Other MCs including Yoo Jaeseok felt their positions were threatened,” added he

[NEWS] SHINee Onew's strong performance threatens Happy Together's MC's?
SHINee’s Onew is rising as a star MC. KBS2TV ‘Happy Together 3,’ set to air on February 10th, features TVXQ, Onew and f(x).
The show’s producer Jung Hwee Seob spoke to Newsen on February 9th and said the filming went well.
Onew sat next to MC Shin Bong Sun because the set was crowded with too many guests. “Onew did an excellent job based on his MC experience from ‘Night Star’,” said Jung.
Producer Jung added that Onew also surprised guests and staff members by ad-libbing some lines and smoothly hosting the show. “Even MCs like Yoo Jae Suk were on their toes,” said Jung. “Yoo Jae Suk even questioned, ‘Are you trying to take over our jobs?‘”
Onew had MCed ‘Night Star’, a show that unfortunately ended last year, with Shin Dong Yup, Gil, Yoon Jong Shin and Jang Hang Joon. It was Onew’s first MC gig but he was complimented for his natural MC skills. The show unfortunately, had to end due to KBS reform.
