Well as it turns out, Rino never wrote any of that!
The article she linked to is basically the same thing that was previously posted on omona. Dkpop only quoted the "e-mail" from soompi and Shinee's DC gallery, they never claimed to have received it themselves. They basically had the same thing than the previous omona post.

Okayy , She never wrote it ? Ommo~ But its true , 2 Person did change the hair . blue ? yeahh , No blue actually in Minho and Taemin teaser photo . Hmm . She's obviously upset. Someone obviously have no life - this could've gotten Rino in trouble with SM too.
